I came into Apex via “APEX Live” in February 2021 for one thing and then found there’s a plethora of things I needed to work on in my spiritual and personal life, my health and more so my financial life. If you haven’t been, it will absolutely change your life by hearing others talk about how even just one small change changed their lives as well. Hearing Tomas Keenan, Lori Rehn, Kris Whitehead talk about the personal, spiritual, financial and health struggles they are working to overcome inspired me too reboot my own mindset. I needed to be around folks like this. Since joining a mere 4 months ago, I’ve learned my mindset needed a huge reset. I had the knowledge of an abundance mindset but found myself dropping into old habits when things got really tough. When leaders in APEX say, “Do the work despite”, “Do the hard work”; to me, that is the equivalent of Churchill’s quote of, “When you find yourself going through hell, keep going.” Far too often we quit. It’s too damn hard. Since applying the <G> Code, working on “Build Your Machine”, and aligning myself with those winning in APEX, my Facebook feed is full of encouragement, teaching to keep us moving forward even when we screw up. Just get up the next day and do it again. Better. Done is better than good. My spiritual life is in alignment with me working towards being the 10 God made me, not the 7 I’ve been living at. Mediocrity is not for me. My personal relationships are better just because of associating with winners. “Apex execs show us what winning is at all times.” They mean it. They show they give a damn. They’ll call you just to check on you. For no reason other than to ensure you are ok. Then the ass kicking comes to ensure you are doing the work. My financial life is on fire. I’ve secured 7 deals bigger than anything I’ve worked on and one project is around my legacy project. When you start being transparent, showing up, you attract the right people for the right reasons. That’s APEX. I’m 55, and my health is better than it’s ever been. It’s all around being intentional. I’ve joined at least 100 programs over 35 years. Apex is the best investment I’ve ever made. So I signed up to attend my first live event just a few months after signing up for Apex. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect. But if I was going to invest in myself, I was going to go all in. Shortly after signing up I saw others posting about their experience at the last one, and I knew I needed to get myself in the room. So I made it happen.

They had a lineup of speakers that were amazing. Speaking from their own background and experiences. Which was great to hear from them all. It really was. Apex Live is the event to be at! I attended my first Apex Live back in February and loved it. I had joined Apex about six months prior, but hadn’t done much with it.  

This event was decision time for me: am I going to lean into or out of this group?

 All it took was one event and I was hooked.
